Your pre-meal companion — helps reduce the absorption of calories from fat and carbohydrates, with chromium to assist in regulating blood sugar for normal metabolism. Vegan friendly, vegetarian friendly, gluten free.
Forever Lean® delivers two powerful ingredients that work together to help reduce the body's absorption of calories, without making you feel wired or jittery.
The first is a fat-absorbing fibre extracted from the Indian fig plant, which has a high ability to bind to fats. We have paired it with a protein derived from the white kidney bean, which works by slowing the body's absorption of sugar in the small intestine, temporarily inhibiting the enzyme activity that converts starches to sugar.
Combined, these ingredients can help you toward your ideal weight by helping block the absorption of some of the fat and carbohydrate calories you ingest. Chromium, an important trace mineral, helps the body regulate blood sugar and support a normal metabolism.
These ingredients are packed into a weight management supplement free of caffeine or stimulants — a good option if you are sensitive to caffeine or simply limit your daily intake.
To get the most out of this supplement, take it with a full glass of water before meals or snacks, and incorporate a healthy diet and regular exercise into your overall weight management routine.
