1. Our Guarantee. Forever Living Kenya, operated by [Company Legal Entity], [Company Address], wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Kenyan law gives you strong remedies for defective goods but no general change-of-mind return window for ordinary online purchases — so the window below is our binding commercial promise to you, and we will honor it as written, in addition to your statutory rights.
2. Return Window. You may return any product purchased from https://forever-living-kenya.fluid.app or from an authorized independent distributor within thirty days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened, except that opened consumable products — for example, supplements — may be returned if at least half of the contents remain.
3. Non-Returnable Items. Items marked final sale at purchase, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Nothing in this section limits your statutory remedies for defective goods under the Consumer Protection Act 2012 or the implied conditions of the Sale of Goods Act, Cap 31.
4. How to Return. Email [Support Email] or use the returns page at https://forever-living-kenya.fluid.app with your order number to receive a return authorization and courier instructions — in Nairobi and major towns we arrange rider pickup where practical. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or in error, in which case we arrange and pay collection.
5. Refund Method and Timing. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within fourteen days. We will email confirmation when the refund is issued. Original delivery charges are refunded only when the return results from our error or a defect. If the original payment method cannot receive the refund, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. Report transit damage, defects, or wrong items to [Support Email] within seven days of delivery, with photos where possible. Consistent with the Consumer Protection Act 2012, we will repair, replace, or refund at your choice, including delivery charges.
7. Ten-Day Cancellation for Direct Sales — Consumer Protection Act 2012. For a direct sales agreement — a sale concluded in person at your home or at another place that is not the seller's permanent place of business, such as a home presentation, pop-up, or event hosted by an independent distributor — you may cancel within ten days of receiving your written copy of the agreement, without giving a reason, under Part VI of the Consumer Protection Act 2012. To cancel, notify the distributor or [Support Email] in writing within the period. All payments will be refunded within the statutory period and return of the goods will be arranged at no cost to you.
8. Distributor Purchases. Returns of inventory, sales aids, and enrollment kits by independent distributors on termination are governed by the buy-back provision of the Member Agreement — repurchase of resalable product bought within the prior twelve months at not less than ninety percent of net cost — not by this consumer Policy.
9. Subscriptions. Cancelling a subscription stops future shipments but does not by itself return a shipment already delivered — shipments already received may be returned under Section 2. See the Subscription and Auto-Renewal Disclosure for cancellation mechanics.
