1. What You Are Agreeing To. By enrolling in a subscription or autoship program with Forever Living Kenya, operated by [Company Legal Entity], [Company Address], you authorize us to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. This Disclosure is presented clearly and conspicuously before you consent, consistent with the fair-dealing and disclosure standards of the Consumer Protection Act 2012.
2. The Material Terms, Stated Plainly. Before you tick the subscription consent box, the checkout screen shows, and you accept: the amount charged on each recurrence in Kenya Shillings, inclusive of VAT at sixteen percent — the billing frequency you selected — the price that applies after any discounted introductory period ends — the fact that charges continue until you cancel — and how to cancel under Section 4. No minimum-purchase commitment applies unless expressly stated at checkout.
3. Separate, Affirmative Consent. Your agreement to the recurring charge is captured by a separate, unticked checkbox dedicated solely to the auto-renewal terms, and we retain a record of it. We send an order confirmation for the initial order and a receipt for each renewal charge — each restating the amount, the frequency, and the cancellation method — together with the eTIMS electronic tax invoice for the charge.
4. How to Cancel — As Easy as Signing Up. You may cancel at any time, effective for any renewal not yet processed, by any of: the Cancel Subscription control in your account at https://forever-living-kenya.fluid.app — one click from the subscription page with at most a single confirmation step — the cancellation link in every renewal receipt email — or emailing [Support Email] with the word "cancel," processed within two business days. We confirm every cancellation by email. Cancelling stops all future charges — shipments already delivered are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.
5. Renewal Notices and Changes. For renewal periods of three months or longer we email a reminder stating the amount, the date of the upcoming charge, and the cancellation method, sufficiently in advance for you to cancel before being charged. If we change the price or any material term, we notify you by email at least thirty days before the change takes effect — the change applies only to renewals after the notice period, and if you do not agree you may cancel under Section 4 with no further charges.
6. Failed Payments and Pauses. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry it for up to fourteen days and will notify you — a failed charge is not a cancellation, but we never ship unbilled product. You may pause or skip a shipment in your account instead of cancelling.
7. Refunds. Charges processed before your cancellation takes effect are refundable per the Return and Refund Policy — thirty days from delivery. If a renewal was charged despite your timely cancellation, contact [Support Email] and we will refund it in full.
